The Reach is home to fertile soils, abundant farmlands, and is in general the most populated region of the 7 kingdoms by far. They can call upon the largest number of men, probably in the hundreds of thousands if they were serious about fighting a total war.
Lannisters probably still have a few, at least 20,000 soldiers left, if not more, but opposition to Dany will be very difficult when she has such a numeric superiority.
