ScarJo has proved that she can carry a feature by herself, and the way they set up Black Widow's character provides a lot of room for emotional backstory. They could even try to pull a Jason Bourne type of plot, where she goes and gets revenge on the people that turned her into a killer

Scarlet Witch is a way cooler character, but she is firmly an Avengers supporting cast character. I'd like to make a West Coast Avengers movie with her in a much bigger role though, with Hawkeye as the leader of the team.

Marvel has so many characters that could cross so many genres and tones, it infuriates me that everything gets boiled down into a generic action movie
Black Widow could have a spy film like the previous anon said, set with flashbacks and the like, with a pretty grounded villain and maybe a harder PG13 rating (a la Casino Royale).
Scarlett Witch could have an interdimensional adventure where she ends up in a bad alternative earth while trying to develop her powers (she died during AoU, Quicksilver stayed alive, turned evil, and is working for some higher evil or something, I don't know).
I kind of also want Deadpool to do something similar though so maybe do something else - the point is she's got these fucking ridiculous powers that could easily make for a spectacular, bizarre adventure.
The only MCU films that are anything but generic action movies have met more praise than the rest (Winter Soldier, Civil War, Ant-Man), I wish Marvel would take the hint and start doing new things with their characters
