After reading the first five books, after watching the show, if you go back the clues will be there in the first handful of chapters, one for each almost.
Age gap is confusing but Jon is basically Dany's nephew, Aegon in the books is also her nephew seeing as Aegon is the swept away son of Rhaegar during the sac of king's landing. Although, we don't have enough evidence to confirm that Aegon is alive since there's equal to allude to Jon Connington actually being Jon Connington (or so that's one theory; in the books, he's about as alive as alive can be).
