The Starks' biggest weakness is how much they'll sacrifice for family. Cat traded away Jaime, the Mad King burned Grandpa Stark and Brandon strangled himself trying to stop it, Ned gave up his honor, etc.
Sansa loves Jon, I believe that. She also loves Rickon. But she's willing to accept that in a war, the people you love die. Everyone dies. You can't protect anyone. She took a calculated risk, because if they lost this battle the Starks would be hunted into extinction.
Jon is a great leader, recruiter, and charismatic presence. But Sansa is more pragmatic and capable of making tough decisions. Queen in da Norf.

I guess we'll see next episode but in general, people don't go around expecting resurrection and the people resurrected so far are generally not that happy about it.

Ice magic slows you down, to a chill. When you're brought back with ice, you remember everything, your memories are kept, but your chain to life is much heavier and colder around your neck, you're brought back with a lot less individuality, you're brought back as an obedient slave, a husk to your resurrector and necromancer and master.
