The thing that drives me nuts is how they feel the need to cram every story into every episode so we basically get a small scene of each that means nothing. The only times stories have satisfying/meaningful advancement is when an episode spends at least 15 minutes on it. An episode should ideally have 3 narratives, at most 4.
