So did I, anon. Disliking this movie is a reddit opinion.
>was ahhh Cranston only had 5 minutes in the movie I love brba! Not enough monster! Up vote plz!
Elizabeth Olsen's face almost ruined it for me.
>>71167974
It was great
>>71167974

>SENPAI DESU THIS MOVIE NEED MORE GOJIRA!
>WAT!!!! NO GOJIRA?!!!
>ONRY 6 MINUTE!
>FIRTY GAIJIN HUMIRIATE GOJIRA!!!!
>>71167974
I liked it but if you think Aaron Taylor Johnson was a good choice for a protagonist, then you're an idiot.
I love monster movies, everything else can be bad as long as the fight scenes are great.
fuck all of you, i liked it
Might be my favorite movie of all time.

It was exactly what an American remake of Godzilla should have been. I swear to god it made a few of my dreams come true.
Everyone who complains there was too little Godzilla is an actual moron

It's the best of the Found Footage genre but overall is still just alright.
I loved it. A few scenes had that same cold rainy look that Dawn of the Planet of the Apes that's super comfy in a way.

its a bad movie anon, its the closest I came to walking out of a movie since I was 16 and left GI Joe to get KFC instead.
>>71172784
wait is this from the latest one or the first? Neither are really that bad, 2nd one surprised the hell out of me.
>>71172601
It's a shame what passes for ninjas these days.
More like, "non-jas".
>>71172784
>people hated any of the new planet of the apes movies
ree
>>71172784
Those new Planet of the Apes movies are truly magnificent.
>>71172919
What? People loved them.
>>71172983
i thought "fuck you i liked it" threads implied that there was some at least moderate dislike for the movies posted
>>71172919
>>71172926
Shit, I was comparing the rainy scenes of planet of the apes with Godzilla. I didn't think people really hated the new apes movies.
>>71167974
Literally who army man and his literally who wife were the only bad parts.
>>71173056
It generally applie especially to /tv/ memers.
These threads are basically "decent movies that are shitted upon here but which are actually decent" threads. So in a way these threads are anti-contrarian threads.
But it's true that the general public disliked godeilla for dumb reasons.

I love owls, the tension was palpable, and the characters were good.
