Why is Spymaster Varys never in the same room with Daenerys? He escorted Tyrion across the Narrow Sea, headed for Meereen, however Tyrion arrives on his own with Ser Jorah.
Tyrion spends quite some time within Daenerys' close circle, up to the incident in the Fighting Pits. Just after Daenerys flew off, Varys shows up again and takes his seat in Meereen's government. Varys then leaves again, just before an invasion of epic proportions... and the return of Daenerys.
Not sure what to make of this, however it seems just too coincidental either from a writing point of view or a character point of view.

He's not too young in the show, Tommen was also a ruler if you recall. Actually Rickon is in the perfect situation for everyone since he is a real Stark and he could be influenced by the people around him during his education.
And Sansa is the last person they would want as an heir. She's a woman who has been married to two enemy families, is wanted by the crown and could be pregnant with a Bolton baby (plus she knows about as much about ruling as Rickon does). The show downplays this but Rickon was incredibly important to the North, which sort of explains why Sansa wanted him dead even though she is not in a good position to take over anything. It would actually be more sensible and realistic for Jon to take over Winterfell over Sansa.

There would be nothing wrong with Bran hormone wise and lack of acne is indicative of nothing. If there were something wrong there (which there shouldn't be, spinal injuries don't necessarily affect hormone production) then they really fucked up not recasting because his voice clearly changed and he is pretty fucking tall.
As per the crush thing, the show has hardly done anything with it and Bran felt emasculated even in the books because he can't stand and fight, which is something expected of him. There are no indications that his dick doesn't work, some cripples do have functioning penises.
The only thing addressing this issue is in the book where Ned thinks that Bran won't have children, but again, that isn't really confirmed since he was only 6 and it was too young to tell.

In the books he is not a teenager yet. In the show they have makeup to cover that sort of thing, but I've seen plenty of pictures of Isaac with acne, so the argument is moot either way.
As far as whether I personally think his junk works, yes I think it very well might. The fact that Bran seems to have control over his excretory system (it has never been stated otherwise, and that certainly isn't a plot point a borderline tasteless writer like GRRM shy away from writing about) suggests that Bran does not have a complete spinal injury. Many people who cannot walk are not completely paraplegic, and usually, if you can control you butthole and peehole, you can get it up and stuff.
Granted I don't think it matters one way or another, because I don't really see Bran, after everything he's been through, returning to Winterfell to lead a normal life any time soon.
