In the Last Guardian, she and Kadghar live with Medivh for a time. A romantic relationship is never really suggested, but because it's from Kadghar's perspective and she is a liaison between Medivh and Gul'dan, sometimes they have secret conversations and there is a lot of mystery.
In a later comic its established that they have a son. Who is half human, quarter orc and quarter draenei. With Medivhs magic powers. And the power of orcish shamanism. And the power of Draenei connection to the light. So he's makes Thrall look like a well written character.
So far he has never been mentioned in game thank fuck and several things potentially contradict his story.
