The only issue I take with that is the way the girl with no name's face was taken. She will have had experience in doing it properly and correctly. But the girl with no name's face was done in a brutal fashion, something that one with little to no experience, like Arya, might do And while Arya was suffering a wound, she did have a pretty steep advantage with Needle over a knife. Length of blade helps.
