What's /tv/ verdict on this show? i find it more enjoyable than breaking bad, but not even close to Sopranos.

really enjoyed it but it males little to no sense leaving a season off where he dies chronologically two weeks later

Of course he dies in the second season you dumb dumb, they've said so a hundred times.

Great tv series, can’t wait for S02.
Good writing, acting and cinematography and I think because it’s a joint U.S./Columbian production, they went out of their way to insure all the characters get plenty of screen, (even NPC henchmen) instead of what seems like the usual American style tv show, which focus almost exclusively on the “star” of the show.
Also, I didn’t realize Oberyn The Red Viper Martell was in the show until half way thru, which to me further illustrates what a good tv show it is.

They can easily spend all of S02 on Pablo running and hiding and finally, getting gunned down in the end and if S02 is a success, (and I'm thinking it will be) they can base S03 on the rise of the other coke cartel in Columbia, (the name of which I'm blanking on at the moment) which takes over once Pablo's organization is busted up.
