I sort of agree, although you could see it as character building. Everyone thought she would become a Faceless cuck which appeared to be her goal at first. Then she sort of made a 180 degrees turn and couldn't comply to the Faceless cunts. Honestly, the worst things about this season of Game of Thrones...is that 98% of the people watching this show are getting exactly what they want, without understanding why they liked the previous seasons.

Pandering to fan expectations (this is mostly in Dany’s plot line)
Time and space appears to have no meaning. Despite the North being as big as the rest of the Seven Kingdoms combined (this is important for plot as it explains why and how the North is so independent and un-tamable) yet Jon and Sansa are able to travel across the entirety of it in a single episode. What was Ramsay doing during this time? Why wasn’t Ramsay marching on Castle Black like he said he was going to?
Arya. I don’t think I need to say anymore but if you don’t know why Arya’s plotline is such garbage then you and I will probably get into a fight.
Speaking of Arya, how does she get gut-stabbed 4 times, have 1 good night’s sleep, then – after a night of sleeping from drinking milk of the poppy – she’s able to parkour around Bravos without bursting her stitches? Tommen: Tommen’s character is the literal worst. Joffrey’s character worked so well because we loved to hate him. Joffrey was a petulant child who instilled anger and resentment in the audience, and that really drove audience investment because of that. There is so much wasted time in this season. Arya’s plotline has tons of wasted time; the Sam and Gilly scenes (almost an entire episode devoted to it) just don’t seem to matter? They happened, they burned time, and now … what?
Tyrion and Missandei and Grey Worm drinking and telling awkward jokes. I don’t have any particular issue with the idea behind that scene, but it was so awkward and poorly written that it’s just cringey to watch. This can be applied to many scenes this season: fine in concept, but poorly executed.
How is it that the Mormonts agree to help Jon Snow and Sansa only after Davos tells her stories about ghosts and monsters north of the wall, and not simply due to her family’s commitment to the Starks?
How the fuck did Theon and Aisha (or Yara or whatever her name is in the show) get to Mereen in like 2 episodes? That’s a months-long trip. This ties back to the point above about time and space.
