You can start by not clicking the button and confirming that you've seen it. They can't pin you with anything if they can't prove that you've even seen the cease and desist about it.
Second of all, this shit is really inconsequential. Although it's obviously smarter to use proxies from here on out, you shouldn't be concerned about getting your ass sued off or anything. ISPs literally just do this because they are forced to.
>>70949909
you're absolutely fucked, expect (or plan for) a police visit in the coming days. this is why you don't seed.
>>70949909
It's over for you m8.
Well it pops up everytime I open a new tab, covering the page so maybe I must confirm? Why did it happen this time?

Dumbass. I bet you use TPB.

Don't seed and stop downloading porn. Even accidental seeding will trigger a letter.
Ignore them and keep seeding.

this
also disable all uploading on public trackers. watchdog groups got in some shit a couple years back when people tracked their peers and realized they were uploading too. So now they can only leech. So if you never upload, you'll never connect to them.
Comcast owns 4chan.
Posting here only made things worse.
youre going to jail forever now

Its not even that. Its just a message saying "we need to play lip service or we'll be liable. Here is the lip service."
Been pirating for 15 years. Never used proxies or trackers. Never had a single warning.
>>70950479
it's usually for recent TV episodes or Blu-Ray rips

>>70950526
I downloaded Apocalypto blu ray. They dont give a fuck about Mel.
it's a strike policy. 6 strikes total? you've now had 1. no big deal.
i've had 2 or 3. usually it's after you've downloaded something and you leave the file seeding in your torrent client.
i used to think it was only recent release like seeding the new GOT episodes or Marvel movie but my last strike was for Africa's Greatest Hits mp3's (don't judge me).
I switched to private trackers and it's definitly better if you take the time. but yeah, just don't seed your files 24/7 and you should be fine.
Does streaming count as piracy? I'm not the one hosting, but I've always wondered about the grey area using streaming sites.
I just just Riffing on movies with a chat.
