I watched it the other night and saw them both for the first time years ago on consecutive nights on TV. They're very different films and the first is definitely the best and an all time action classic, but the second has loads of great elements. The first is a single great piece and is really cohesive, the second is all over the place, but i love the places it goes. Well, if we're really going into it, the predator took on a full squad of Busey troopers in the meat fridge place and lost his cloak, then glover blasted him with a shotgun, so Preddy was injured. At least the movie paid service to it by weakening him before it went 1v1. Really though, he beat him cos it's a movie. Would have been cool if he'd lost, Preddy took him with him on his ship and the 2 teamed up fight Aliens in space, but that's a movie in my head.
