There are six dragon eggs called Dofus, each one can give near infinite power. Some lady comes and steals a Dofus from Bonta (the light city) so she can destroy it for Brakmar (the dark city), but the Dofus she took is cracked from battle and has lost all its powers. The MC is a little orphan boy who holds the dragon from the Dofus inside him and the story follows the boy as he runs away from this lady trying to take the dragon out of him.
It's a lot better than how I make it sound, but that's pretty much the basics.
