This is annoying but there is a way around it. You can demand a trial by theatre gunfight to take someone else's seat. Luckily I made the decision to purchase my own falcon and have trained it well, unlike the rented falcons that most plebs use. She usually goes directly for my opponent's anvil. Once they start panicking, I can squeeze a few quick shots off and it's pretty much settled from there.
