Is /tv/ really full of shills?
Or are the people who don't like it the loudest?

i'm not any kind of shill. If DC stopped making their movies boring and dark i might like em more than marvel's which sometimes are way too childish.
But no, they insist on the gritty and "deep" yet their writing is garbage.
At least they have some good action scenes here and there. That's literally why i watched BvS after the dissapointment of MoS
>>
>everyone is a shill except me
Nice try shill

>If DC stopped making their movies boring and dark i might like em more
Wait for Suicide Squad then.

But then since when was MoS and BvS boring? Yes BvS took a while to get to the good stuff but MoS was a brilliant film story wise and pace wise

OK, I'll bite.
It's called Batman v Superman, there's a subtle difference. You seem to the kind of audience member who expected a dumb punch out.
Of course, the title is deceptive, because it aludes to court cases: Plaintiff v Defendant.
The conflict is ideological, it weighs in the impact of superheroism on the public and on the heroes themselves. Its main premise isn't "lol who would win in a fight guys?"

If you expected that, and were disappointed when that wasn't what the movie delivered maybe it's true, it was too smart for you.

I really do think it's a case of the people who didn't like it being the most strident. I love this film and the messages it contains. I'm also appreciative of the fact that it doesn't beat you over the head with them or treat them superficially.
