Ramsay is much crueler than the Night's King, by an absolutely gargantuan margin. The Night's King wants to kill everyone. Quickly, painlessly. Kill everyone. Ramsay wants to lock you up in a torture chamber, taking piece by piece and leaving you in agony for years until you're his pet dog. I'd much rather be in the hands of the white walkers than that psychopath. It's the difference between a quick death and hours/days/years of unimaginable horrors.

Arya's one of my favourite characters, and I quite liked the last couple of seasons, but that was definitely a disappointing conclusion.
