Kill Bill was mainly influenced by 70s Kung Fu flicks, Death Proof was mainly influenced by 70s exploitation horror, Django Unchained was mainly influenced by blaxploitation and spaghetti westerns, The Hateful Eight was mainly influenced by spaghetti westerns and John Carpenter's The Thing.
