This is the type of shit I can't get past with Warcraft Lore. So Thrall, who's generally regarded as being the most wise and level-headed guy in the whole setting, decides to make a HOTHEAD the leader of the new Horde which he dedicated his life to ensuring flourished and grew in relative peace with the rest of the prominent races. He sees Garrosh act like a fucking prick on multiple occasions, knows he's brash and makes terrible decisions, and knows he would be trouble if he had more power. So then he gets a dumb-ass call to be Super Shaman and wakes up one day and decides to put Garrosh in charge of his lifelong work when he has Cairne, Baine, Vol'Jin, Lor'Themar, and even fucking Sylvanas waiting in the wings--all of whom would have made a much better warchief than Garrosh. To make it worse, when the Horde is on the brink of civil war, he pretty much doesn't give one fuck, despite the fact that he could easily return to Orgrimmar and fuck Garrosh's shit up. Even after Cataclysm, he fucks off to Draenor for a while and fucks around there while the Horde is being torn apart.
This is the shit that triggers me. For being such a Mary Sue, you'd think Thrall would have the foresight to pick a wise leader to lead the Horde once he left.

It's not even the fact that he's a Mary Sue, it's just blatantly inconsistent writing and destroys the entire personality and character of Thrall out the window. Making Garrosh Warchief was akin to promoting an incredibly young Captain to Supreme General when you have a handful of seasoned, knowledgeable, and experienced Generals who have served for decades to pull from. It makes no fucking sense, especially for a character who's known for his wisdom and foresight. Thrall spent the majority of his life trying to keep peace between the Horde and Alliance. He knows promoting Garrosh would put an end to that but does it anyways because he had a bromance with Garrosh's dad and got called to be Shaman-Saiyan. It's lazy writing and characterization to encourage more lazy writing. WoD was a slap in the face to most longtime fans because it was so fucking lazy.

Blood elves understood this and were supportive of Garrosh's decisions. But they were A) in the Eastern Kingdoms, where it's hard to immediately send support and B) had to appease Sylvanas (and Thrall) since they were the reason they got into the Horde at all. So they didn't help Garrosh, but they didn't join in the name-calling or threats to betray him either. Even when Garrosh called them not the "real Horde" they didn't threaten him, they just realized he didn't like them and started talking to King Varian Wrynn about joining the Alliance (since, again, Garrosh didn't like them.)
So Garrosh was a faggot to them for no reason. They helped create the mana nuke that wiped out Theramore and he still didn't consider them sufficiently loyal.

The orcs are invaders, they tried to conquer the world and failed, from that moment onwards they have absolutely no right to be there, Alterac belongs to the humans, even the places where no one lives belongs to them.

The Warsong orcs never tried to make peace, and Cenarius thought they were part of the demon army and turns out he was right, since the first thing Grom did after meeting him was getting high on demon blood once again.
