If Gendry were to remain in hiding, and Daenerys hadn't yet invaded, I believe it would revert to Cersei. Tommen had no children, all of his siblings are dead, none of his siblings had children, both of his uncles are dead, his one cousin is dead, his grandfather is dead, he has no aunts, and he has no great-aunts or great-uncles.
I believe that technically it would keep going back a generation (father, uncles, grandfather, great-uncles, great-grandfather, etc.) until a new lineage could be established, but we don't have the required information to make that call. So I think Cersei would get and be encouraged to remarry.

I think Jaime's arc is leading North. He will somehow learn to take the thread of the WW seriously and lend his forces to aid in repelling the invasion.

In the books, neither the Mountain nor the Hound are explicitly confirmed to be alive. Strong is there, as well as a mysterious gravedigger at a church, and they're heavily implied to be the brothers.
In the show, we know that Strong is the Mountain and we know that the Hound is alive.

Gregor burned Sandor's face when they were kids. Gregor became an annointed knight, Sandor refused because his brother was one. Gregor would have killed Ser Loras in the aftermath of their tilt in the tourney in honor of Lord Stark becoming the Hand of the King, Sandor foiled him and prevented it, making his brother back down in embarrassment
There's bitter blood between the two, and as far as character narratives go they're two of the most skilled and powerful fighters in the 7 kingdoms. Yeah the actors probably can't do a fight choreography scene justice. But the impact of the matchup as far as the characters go will be tense.

After the death of all of Robert's "children," the next in line would be his brothers. Seeing as how Stannis and Renly are dead and neither of them have heirs, the claim goes to the next in line trueborn Baratheon, who would be either the eldest uncle of Robert/Renly/Stannis or the eldest son of the eldest uncle (presuming these people exist). Gendry or any other of Robert's bastards have a loose claim that they can leverage only if the distance becomes too great, (i.e., Robert has no living cousins or uncles and the next in line is too far removed from the bloodline).
