It gets better and grows on you in a weird way, you like it for the reasons you, at first couldn't stand. Kind of like a cult underground sci fi show. At first it's total cheeseball campy sci-fi.
Gve it a few more episodes and see if you're intrigued enough in the premise.
The budget seemed to be bigger the next season etc.
Having said that, I haven't watched any of the new season, will binge watch it soon tho.
