Sometimes he deserves it. Like when he complains, gets something changed, then complains next time because it worked against him. He's not really a good person by any stretch of the imagination. Even if he isn't terrible either.

That episode where he shuts up the Italian man singing at the restaurant was I think when I hated him the most. Also I think the same episode he keeps trying to ask for the doctor's phone and address and then barges in on his home.
