NC isn't funny and is a shell of a man chasing memes. He clings to popularity by jumping onto hot button issues like Fair Use. He doesn't review movies, he just gives synopses with the unfunny actors he has to pay.
Linkara is a closet homo and is getting married to a whale fangirl. His fanbase is static and while he's a diligent worker, he'll never grow beyond what he is. His movie was self-aggrandizing trash.
Latza is an autist stalker who will get you, but the bullying has made him try to lead a somewhat normal life. He's assistant editing and assistant VFXing on promos in LA. He might make it eventually in the industry working a normal 9-5, which is more than any of the other clowns.
Spoony is genuinely depressed and bipolar, but also thinks he has about a dozen other disorders. He fleeces his fans for $2000 a month, and can't be arsed to put out the bare minimum content which would appease them.

Yeah, he has an updated showreel with some of the stuff he's done. It's basic but honest work. He'll still do stupid shit like his Disney XD pitch, but it won't ever go anywhere and he won't be the big Alex Hirsch success he yearns to be.

Linkara, Douge and Spoony are beyond redemption. Douge has nothing after NC - once that eventaully dies out he'll only be able to eke out a living on past fame. Linkara is the same. Spoony's bipolar makes him actively hostile towards his fans, also because he realises that most of them are autistic weebs which he hates. He relies on them for income, so he's caught in a self-hating nexus that can only end one way.
Cinemassacre's James and Mike by comparison have transitioned into a relatively normal and successful retirement of easy let's plays and friendly banter.
