In DofP, he is shown lightly tapping people's cheeks, and this translates to a major punch that knocks someone over in real time.
In Apocalypse, he's shown outrunning an explosion (that literally travels a mile in a second) by walking around it. he then proceeds to kick, dance, and screw with everyone in xavier's mansion, not even bothering to handle them carefully.
