I literally stopped watching season 11 after the """""""""hilarious"""""""" Suburbs episode.
Considering how much hype there was for that episode (some people literally referred to it as the GOAT) it was a big disappointment as I found it enjoyable but really it was half an episode. The first half had like no jokes.
R.I.P. Sunny. You had a really really good and memorable run throughout highschool for me. The new episodes brought the kids together and the show crossed boundaries. The black kids, the gay kids, the nerds, the chads. Everyone watched Sunny. Now its over

Seriously seasons 8, 9 and 10 weren't amazing, but they had some solid episodes/jokes. I had no idea they were this shows death throes. Please let season 11 just be another season 1. A mediocre foray followed by a near decade of lightning in a bottle.

I love the show, enjoy every episode (though I admit some are weaker than others), and I'm glad they are still going.
I only hope that the next season has fewer gimmick episodes. They've been funny, but I just want episodes where somebody comes in all "GUYS GUYS HOOOLY SHIT I've got news!" or they hatch a scheme or something.

I don't even mind gimmick episodes if they stick to what works, and keep the gang mostly together. I mean Charlie Work was a gimmick but it worked because besides the filming gimmick the plot was pretty typical sunny stuff.

Now compare Charlie Work to Being Frank and you can see an okay gimmick episode compared to a garbage gimmick episode.
Seriously what were they thinking with Being Frank. It had a ton of potential that went nowhere and like 5 storylines with no resolutions or tie ins at all. Now I'm fine if they wanted to show Frank's life as so crazy and disconnected that it basically made no sense. But that isn't what they did.
I like Always Sunny but these better be the last seasons. The last few have been sharply declining in quality, and I don't want to grow to hate the show.

The court episode was definitely the one that felt the most like classic Sunny, for sure. I thought Being Frank was good too. The only one I really disliked was the ski lodge episode. I'd rank that one among the worst episodes of the show.
