Walder Frey did nothing wrong. In the books, Walder Frey wen't all out, sending most of his men to fight with Robb. Several of his sons died fighting for Robb. Robb then turns around and slaps him the face by breaking his promise to marry one of his daughters. In the show, it's even worse because Robb brings his foreign whore to the Redding Wedding, flaunting his oathbreaking. Walder Frey, who has been spit upon by the Tullys for his entire life, finally snapped. He was also getting out of a shitty war that Robb was obviously going to lose because of his political incompetence. Robb was an oathbreaking retard. Walder Frey did nothing wrong.
