Thor 2 gets a pass for existence because it picks up Asgard/Loki stuff left lingering after both the first Thor and Avengers.
And in theory, a post-Avengers Iron Man movie was a great idea too.
Even Superman Returns I remember the anticipation for because it was going to retcon 3 and 4 and feel like a "real" Superman movie.
So quality aside, those movies all have reason to exist.
Im almost 30 and I kinda want to see it.
I mean apart the terrible face-design of turtles, all that unnecessary bayham and slut fox, It kinda feels like the cartoon I was growing on.
It actually has well done nostalgia effect.

As someone who was somewhat of a fan of the cartoon/comics as a teenager, don't bother. It's significantly better than the first one, but it's still unbelievably shit. They've just cranked up the fan-service to get people in the theater.
