What movie or tv show would you say is perfect and has absolutely nothing wrong with it and you would cosider to be the best film/show ever created. For me that movie would be "Signs"

You're filling in gaps with what you want to believe/a human centric perspective. For all we know the aliens got exactly what they wanted. They could be a species that places so little value on the individual that 99.9999% casualty rates are acceptable. Actually they did invade earth, they had planned it using the crop circles. Though an alien could have crashed and the "invasion" was just rescuing ones who had crashed.
