best order to get into james bond? all 23 in chronological order or are some good to skip? is there some other better movie to start with like casino royale or goldeneye? i hear they're pretty good

You can't get into bond as an adult. They're complete cornfests. You have to have been indoctrinated as a child. I had Goldeneye, Thunderball, Goldfinger, Dr. No, Tomorrow Never Dies, and Die Another Day as a kid. Same goes for Indiana Jones and Star Wars. You can't really get into them without the rose colored glasses of nostalgia.

think youre right. a kid my mom sometimes babysits is a mega star wars fan and he brought over the complete star wars bluray sets and he put them on for me and after the 2nd movie, empire strikes back i didnt care to see anymore. didnt seem all that special. will say that i played the tomorrow never dies game a ton as a kid and probably caught some of the brosnan bond movie scenes on tv as a kid so i have some interest to watch bond movies

I didn't watch bond till I was like 16, and I was able to get into most of them save Brosnan's later ones and moores old grandpa bond years

Brosnan is my personal bond. Avoid the Halley Barry one but the others are pretty good. They just play out as cliche 90s action movies, but a fun ride.

You can just watch them really in any order. Unless you are a total autistic fanboy, there is no great story-line to it. Just some alcoholic British spy who kills tons of people with gadgets and fucks bitches.
I would recommend starting with Golden-eye, as that's my favorite. The older ones are kind of goofy movies if you just jump into them.
