It shows fascism in a positive light, but was fascist. The only people with citizenship were military and vets. Civilians had less rights, were denied certain jobs, were limited in how many kids they can have. It's like a hippy fascism. You are free to say no, and everyone who applies for the military gets in. But it was a fascist utopia:
