You can make anything into a good movie, but I don't see why you'd specifically adapt Life is Strange when it just apes other time travel stories.

And the plot wasn't even the game's strong point, it was the atmosphere and reveling in nostalgia. I'm sure there's got to be a 90s/early 2000s version of Dazed and Confused out there.
