I'm not anti-Snyder but this is probably going to be Watchmen all over again. The directors cut was advertised as adding new content when in reality, the scenes were filler at best. They added nothing to the movie. It will probably be the same thing with this. Everyone will expect much needed exposition but we won't get that. Just more montages and probably about 5mins of actual content.

3. Introduce Batman and relate him to Superman
4. Be distincly different from Marvel movies. tackle the serious side of having heroes within among us and let the people think
Given this ginormous task, its amazing how Snyder was able to make it all work in his film. To cover all this points would take about 4 - 4 1/2 hours and I feel that if given the freedom Snyder would have done it so. A task of this magnitude would have failed Kubrick but Snyder has done it, although we admit this is not his best work but I would have loved to see what he could have done in a 4 hour epic Director's cut of Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice ™

This. From what I read (before the movie came out) the ultimate cut WAS the version originally meant for cinemas but WB got greedy and wanted more showings per day so it got hastily recut at the last minute.
I will say that Zack Snyder has a problem with length but cutting his movies short usually just makes things worse, not better. If anything he needs to be restrained at the preproduction level (which seems to what's happening on Justice League pt.1), if hired at all.

It's okay if you're just getting into the medium, but there are some (even here, on a so called ''film'' board) that actually believe they are cultured or have a snippet of taste because they like these movies, when in actuality they are nothing more than embarrassing cringeworthy copy/paste babbies with no opinion on the medium they claim to love whatsoever.

Literally only sociopaths didn't have emotional resonance. The part which I felt the most was when Batman, after Superman got nuked, did not even hesitate to say "I've got to take it back to the city" in order to get the kryptonite spear. It really felt like in that moment he was the only hero left on earth.
They should cut the fucking JUSTice league trailers, that's the worst part of the movie since it feels like an after-credits scene but put into the fucking movie.

No! I thought the future stuff brought the movie up to the next level. Some of the payoff is delayed, but they're building a universe. This is what people praise Marvel for doing, yet they've still done way too little to convince me that Thanos poses a significant threat to Earth. After BvS though, I know that something is coming that could fill the world with horror. It's just too bad they didn't leave that communion scene in the theatrical cut.
