But I thought Harry Kim was the only duplicate???
>>70325982
Harry Kims existence caused a temporal anomaly and created an entire universe of duplicates
>>70326421
I tend to agree
but all jokes aside, this is a pretty good voyager episode.

Until Janeway dooms them all by refusing to go back to the duplicate planet.
Is this the star trek thread?
>>70327725
You'd better believe it pallie!
I can break this forcefield.
You can't break that forcefield.
AUUUGHHHHHH

The Bryan Fuller episode Course: Oblivion gives me hope for the upcoming Bryan Fuller series Star Trek 2017.
>>70325982
Actually Harry Kim and the baby he was carrying with him through the portal are the only ones on voyager who AREN'T duplicates.
>>70326421
the anomaly only effected voyager itself, not the whole universe
>goo Harry was a duplicate of a duplicate
In the briefing room, they should have all turned to him and asked him for advice on how to deal with the knowledge of being only a duplicate.

His episodes do tend to have a life and pathos to them. Course oblivion, living witness, and mortal coil are three of my favorite voyager episodes
>>70325982
They were all duplicated on at least two ocasions.
1) ship split in two, one, along with most of its crew save for the kid and kim died.
2) bog people planet.
And that excludes the temporal duplicates.

Vic!
>We'll head down to engineering, upload ourselves into the transporter buffer, and wait for all of this to blow over
It was a pretty solid plan until Scotty ate the other guy
>>70328773
>duplicated then duplicated
Well he did seem to be the only one worried about survival and not having some sort of existential crisis like it was just natural for him to be in a situation where he wasn't technically who he thought he was.
Which would make sense because he said something similar towards the end of Deadlock where he and Naomi duplicates head over to the original Voyager. So for him it's like a regular part of his memories.
>>70329952
Wasn't he also taken for breeder stock on at least one occasion?
>>70330309
He and Tom were the original duplicates when the silver blood breached their EV suits
But Course Oblivion didn't show us two Harry Kims (unless another duplicate died on an away mission and they didn't really care about it).
What did they mean by this?
>>70328566
I'm pretty pessimistic about it because it's a seasonal anthology. It's just a way to avoid having any real character development.
>>70330720
True, but it also means they are less likely to fuck it up like they did in SGU.
>>70330618
It's in my headcanon that this chick in ID was a Deltan and not just a black chick with a shaved head.
>>70331646
Trying to make a sexually ambiguous background character for the sake of it.
Why did this trekthread fail but the one about pooping is going strong?
>>70333405
Talking about the series, stories, theoretical stuff has already been done so all there is now is memes and fake gossip and pasta.
RIP Trek threads
>>70333790
When the new series comes out things will change
More BS gossip and arguing how JJTrek infected it, bad storylines, too old, all the same shit different show.
