These movies never really seemed like comedies or horror to me. They were just on. Flipping through the channels and oh ghostbusters is on, this will pass some time. They really aren't that great and I'm not sure what's worse, the people defending the originals like the ark of the covenant or the people trying to make it seem like the new one is a gift from God. This will be just another background noise movie in 10 years same as the original.
