i don't get it
i didn't really feel like the story went anywhere. things popped up and then were resolved before they really had a chance to get going
this makes me think of barton fink for obvious reasons
the thing I like about Barton Fink is that it just kind of ratchets up to insanity in the end
like channing tatums character, he was really cool but he had two scenes

The scene with the submarine was good as fuck. The thing about this movie is its kind of an homage to/parody of hollywood in the 50s so if you arent familiar with it then it will just go over your head.

The film was actually pretty brilliant if you ask me,
but it's not pleb tier so i can understand if you didn't like it at all
