If spoilers are true, it's not a true Cleaganbowl.
Spoilers have said that Ian McShane's character has been sent to shut down the High Sparrow, after Olena narcs him out to the other religious figures in the Kingdom, that HS has gone mad with power. McShane and the Hound come to Kings Landing to kill High Sparrow for Olena and to de-legitimize High Sparrow's entire movement as fanatics.
Cersei will demand trial by combat, but denied by the High Sparrow, who rightfully calls bullshit on the entire concept. Cersei realizes she's going to be put on trial for realz and Tommen/Margeary basically confirm that she's going to be executed for her crimes and that they are done with her bullshit once and for all.
Cersei responds by ordering the Mountain to kill everyone. Margaery is one of the first killed by the Mountain, leading to Tommen being killed in retaliation when he tries to kill the Mountain. Seeing her last son die causes Cersei to order Kings Landing burnt to the ground as she goes full tilt crazy pants and either Loras or Jamie ends up having to kill her, though they are too late and Kings Landing is burnt down.
In the flames, McShane and the Hound arrive with extra goons. McShane has his goons kill High Sparrow while the Hound abandons his new boss to fight the Mountain, leading to both men dying in the burning wreckage of the city

We've no clue as to how the High Sparrow storyline is going to play out due to the fact that we've had several differing spoilers for the season finale.
The only threads that seem to overlap are:
1. Cersei is eventually going to unleash the Mountain upon High Sparrow and the Faith Militants
2. Margeary is dead woman walking, in that the Mountain murders her as a result of Cersei sending him to slaughter the High Sparrow and his group.
3. Tommen also is killed; either in a failed attempt to kill the Mountain after Margeary is murdered or just plain jumping to his death, because he realizes that his mother never loved him and repeatedly manipulated him and set into motion the arrest/murder of his wife.
