Honestly, Ren and Stimpy and Rocko were the only Nicktoon that I've ever liked. It probably helped that I had fairly lenient parents, so I could watch Beavis and Butthead, The Simpsons, and Duckman, so Doug and Rugrats just kind of felt watered down to me, even as a kid.

Been rewatching Rocket Power with a friend, and I like it now more as an adult than I ever did back when it came out.
The beach town they live in feels pretty developed/populated.
Stories are wrapped up a little quick, but what do you want from a half hour show?
Honestly it wasn't until I was too old to watch the newer cartoons that I started not liking them. I thought Krypto the Superdog had a dumb theme song though.
