>"I'm not the Zodiac, and if I was, I certainly wouldn't tell you."
So was he?
>>70172381
He just told you he wasn't, thus not making him the Zodiac. But then if he isn't the Zodiac, that makes him the Zodiac according to him. It's a paradox.
Bravo Fincher
>>70172381
No
By the way that movie was ruined by Manlet Quip Jr, turning it into buddy cop like comedy.
>>70172381
No, DNA evidence proved he wasn't.
>>70172381
Richard Gaikowski
>>70173536
sometimes i think detectives make serial killers up to cover for shoddy police work.
there were probably two or three incidents from diffrent people that make up the zodiac killer persona.
>>70173476
He did seem a bit miscasted for his role but the movie was nearly perfect so I barely cared.
>>70173599
>>70173512
That evidence was sketchy as fuck.
Like recovered off a decades old letter from where Zodiac may or may not have licked the envelope glue.
>>70173652
I thought that the whole procedural element of 'looking for the Zodiac' brought it down immensely.
>>70173599
So you're saying there is a cult of Zodiac killers that all operate under the same M.O with one higher power that controls them?
This guy is pretty underrated. Really creepy in The Invitation.
>>70173575
wow he wore glasses too!?
>>70173735
no
the detctives tie in unrelated crimes (maybe copycats), along with forged letters by people wanting attention and call it one person.
>>70173826
So the Zodiac has multiple personality disorder and believes he's a cult of killers?
>>70173405
>But then if he isn't the Zodiac, that makes him the Zodiac according to him
explain this logic kek
>Ted Cruz is in this thread trying to dispel the non-fiction that he is the Zodiac Killer
Shoo Shoo El Rato
>>70173921
You butter drop this case. Ted Cruz isn't the Zodiac Killer.
>>70173826
so mcnulty is on the loose again?
What did Zodiac even do?
None of his killings were so similar that it pointed to the same guy.
Aside from the letters, how did we even know there was a serial killer?
>>70173919
Because if he were the Zodiac, he wouldn't tell them the truth.
>>70173599
Shut up, McNulty.
>>70172381
No, but Robert thinks he is, which is all that matters.
>>70173983
>>70174024
Did David Simon come up with that plot all himself or are there documented cases where it actually happened?
>>70173765
>>70172381
John Carrol Lynch is a really phenomenal actor, he deserves far more work than he gets
>>70173826
so you're saying that you are part of some zodiac cult of murderers for hire?
>In February 2014, it was reported that a man named Louie Myers had confessed to a friend in 2001 that he was the Zodiac Killer, after learning that he was dying from cirrhosis of the liver. He requested that his friend, Randy Kenney, go to the police upon his death. Myers died in 2002, but Kenney allegedly had difficulties getting officers to cooperate and take the claims seriously.
>There are several potential connections between Myers and the Zodiac case. Myers attended the same high schools as victims David Farraday and Betty Lou Jensen. Myers also allegedly worked in the same restaurant as victim Darlene Ferrin. Myers also had access to the same sort of military boot whose print was found at the Lake Berryessa crime scene. Furthermore, during the 1971–1973 period when no Zodiac letters were received, Myers was stationed overseas with the military. Kenney says that Myers confessed he targeted couples because he had had a bad breakup with a girlfriend. While officers associated with the case are skeptical, they believe the story is credible enough to investigate.[78]
Why aren't people talking about this? He's connected to almost every victim.
>>70173599
> sometimes I think
<No you don't
It was Ted Cruz, duh
wasnt there new evidence to suggest it was ted cruz or something? zodiac needs a sequel
>>70174129
>Myers also allegedly worked in the same restaurant as victim Darlene Ferrin
>allegedly
Uhhh did he or didn't he? That's a fact, not an opinion.
>>70174129
Deathbed confessions seem to always be bullshit
>>70174004
And everyone who wasn't Zodiac would also say the same thing?
>>70174298
it's alleged because he wasn't convicted in a court of law of the crime of working besides her
>>70173476
But that was the character. Downey Jr has been one-note since the 90s but he's great at doing his thing.
>>70174355
No, they would tell the truth thus ending Epimenides' paradox.
>>70173990
He attacked three young couples. That was his pattern. He always killed the women but only managed to kill the guy of the first couple (which isn't featured in the movie).
Then he gets weird and shoots a cab driver. After that it's hard to say what else he was responsible for.
>>70174083
I live in Brazil and I'm pretty sure none of the drug criminals have seen The Wire, but they made up a Serial Killer that only killed women to mantain the cops on his chase, while they created new drug selling points. It's been done a lot. And the media here didn't say it was fake, many people still think this serial killer existed.
>>70173599
>>70173826
so what your saying is that the press is scheming with the police to take out 'unwanted' members of society?
>there are people that still believe that Zodiac was one guy
Tom c'mon
>>70174772
you're right, I have reason and suspicion to believe Zodiac was a cult of women led by one man, Henry Tim Arthur Allen
>>70174355
So what you're saying is, we're ALL the Zodiac?
Deep, mang.
>>70174793
There's no reason to believe any of the "zodiacs" ever met or had any contact with one-another. As the only thing that ever connected any murder was the media coverage of said murders
>>70175133
So you're saying they had a journalist as a point of contact between each other?
>>70175184
No, I think what he's trying to say is that the Zodiacs invented their own crude form of internet so they could communicate with one another over long distances.
So what he's trying to say is that the Zodiacs have been secretly influencing the world from behind the scenes, creating all modern technology.
>>70175184
I'm saying avery used toschi to get access to homicide files to prop up his languishing career and created the zodiac.
>>70175272
like a modern politician such as Ted Cruz?
>>70175506
where did this meme came from?
>>70175981
come*
>>70176089
did you came?
>>70173476
nah he wasn't too over the top
you wanna see RDJ miscasted to the point of ruining a movie, watch a scanner darkly
>>70176089
kommen hier meinen freund
>>70176183
RDJ was the absolute least of that movie's problems.
But every circle of junkies has that "intellectual" so your complaint is kinda dumb.
>>70176183
>scanner darkly
That's not "Iron Man".
>>70176215
Sounds good :P
>>70173921
It wasn't funny the first time. Which is why that reddit meme died within a week
It was Ross Sullivan

>>70176480
He looks retarded.
>>70172381
JUST XD haha he's bald that's so funny LEL
>>70176480
The sketch is essentially meaningless.
People are just horrible at remembering things accurately and the act of forcing to remember things about the face can distort the actual memories.
The only thing that can be said for sure is that he's white and not deformed.
>>70176701
>that hairlet rage
top kek
>>70172381
The movie certainly painted him as the primary suspect.
But the movie was based on a book with the superstitions and biases of the author (Robert Fuckface), and apparently, there were stronger suspects that Lee Allen.
>>70174298
The word alleged has a different meaning in our legal system than it does in your every day language.
Everything that has not been confirmed in court by a jury is written down as "alleged" by journalists. If they get one part of the story wrong and say that he worked here or there or did this or that they can get sued by people involved in the trial that have been falsely depicted as doing something that they never actually did. So even if the information is true with 99.9% certainty you still claim it's alleged because it's not worth risking the legal battle in case the guy actually manages to go free.
Don Cheney was the Zodiac. He framed Arthur Leigh Allen.
>>70178704
the movie painted him as who people wanted to be the primary suspect.
>>70172381
Was this actor on a X-Files episode where he plays a killer too?
>>70174304
Didnt some chink steal the original mona lisa and tell a realtive on his deathbed that he had the mona lisa and it ended up being it.
>>70173476
Downey was barely in the movie.
>>70173765
great in fargo too
God damn, I love David Fincher, and Gyllenhaal was amazing in this. I really wish they'd do more work together.
>>70181805
I always loved this specific shot. Really noir-ish. Also that girl is such a fucking qt.
>>70172381
>tfw no qt3.14 husband to bring me arby's when i'm at work
No. If he was he'd look like this
