Is anyone else slightly disappointed Craig won't be doing at least one or two more Bond films?

I mean really, he was alright.
>>
It's generally recepted around here that Craig portrayed the best Bond
>>
>>70159144
I prefer ConneryBond tbqh but Craig did a fine job

I watched Quantum of Solace again the other day, it is genuinely a great movie
>>
>>70159144
>generally recepted around here
I thought it was the opposite but anyway, I like Craig as Bond.
>>
>>70159144
It's true but there are handful of people who can't accept it and are bitches. If they choose someone like Fassbender or Hardy I'm for it. I pretty tired of Bond tbqh.
>>
>>70159183

I seriously want to see Hardy or Fassbender as Bond. Slightly leaning more towards Hardy. Rumour is that Loki is going to be Bond what the fuck

Casino Royale is brilliant
QoS is somewhat confusing but good
Skyfall is good
Spectre is retarded
>>
>>70159366

A pretty serious, darker Bond. I'd say Craig is my third favourite Bond. Bronsnan and Connery are better than him in my opinion though but still, I think it's a blow to the series not to have him return for 2 more films. But I guess I can't blame him. He must be exhausted and drained
>>

Some good films. Casino was my favorite of his. Also that opening in Spectre was pretty awesome to see in the theater.

Spectre is literally daddy issues: The Movie

>>

To be honest I want to say it's Casino Royale, followed by Skyfall. Nothing in any Bond film can beat that fucking cold, serial killer gaze.

Underrated villain = Max Zorin. Daily reminder Christopher Walken was a Bond villain.

I'm fucking sick of the contrarians around here. Craig was fantastic imo.

His movies are where bond is an actual human being and not a Mary Sue fantasy character (except GoldenEye because of 006).

A lot of people get upset at the idea of a James Bond movie having emotional weight to it but these people are not fans of cinema, they are simple minded Bond "fans" who just want mind-numbing entertainment rather than a compelling narrative.
>>
>>70159115
Yes I agree. Spectre is my second fav Bond film he did, Casino being first and Skyfall 3rd.

The reason Skyfall is 3rd is because it didn't have any of those great Bond like locations that Spectre had.

Just a shame that Spectre's script wasn't that good and Waltz hardly got much screen time despite being such a top villainous actor.

I so wanted to see him and Craig in a sequel together, with him becoming the wheelchair Blofeld.
>>
>>70159650
Mads really does it for me, him and Sean Bean are my favorites.

The dude from Spectre is good actor too, but the plot was a bit disappointing. Not a bad performance considering the material.

Craig really grew as an actor during the Bond series.. but I can't blame him for wanting to move on. He did a good job, could have been some better writing on the films.
