ITT: Movies that were bad on paper but still captivating to watch

Just because it wasn't historically accurate doesn't mean it was bad on paper. I mean the baron of Ibelin actually existed but he was nothing like in that movie.
It's like with The Last Samurai where it was very loosely based on a true story. Like how he was actually dutch, it happened (I think) a hundred years earlier and he fought for the shogunate and not the rebellion.

Why does /tv/ keep bringing up this movie. It was pleb-tier to the max, an utterly forgettable movie.

If it's so forgettable then why do you remember it?
undeniably flawed but underrated

The only bad part was Orlando Bloom. I hope everyone here watched the directors cut.

It's almost as if a film is an entirely different thing from a script.
Also speaking of the director's cut, I watched and just trying to imagine what was cut from the theatrical version confuses me since every scene had a purpose.

I actually liked X3. I hated Apocolypse but I don't understand the hate for X-Men 3.
watch directors cut
