It was pretty kino for an average guy movie. Clearly a lot of potential there.
I feel like Stage 4 and 5 should have been even more intense though.

I like it. Going for the urban haunted house you managed to make the little apartment seem unclear and impervious with as little budget as possible.

Just one thing:
I guess the guy isn't calling the police immediately because he thought he got her into that trouble? Is that the reason?

I liked it but I thought the guys reaction to his friend being murdered was unrealistic, even if it was out of fear of suspicion like >>70059952 stated I doubt he'd be able to think that rationally considering what stress he'd be under.
