Well they've just tackled the top of the food chain as far as threats go, next season is definitely something on a more personal level for the Winchesters.
Now that Jeffery Dean Morgan's film career dried up and he's being neutered on The Walking Dead, maybe we can get him back too for the series finale?

We still haven't met the new Death either so we've got that to look forward too in S12, Billie mentioned that when Sam and Dean die again they're dying for good, the mother resurrection is probably going to lead into bringing in the reapers as the main enemy for S12 alongside MOL.
