Why should I ditch IMDb and use Letterboxd, /tv/?

Anyone else make the list?

just use imdb too see general info like actors and shits, never for the rating.
use letterboxd only to track your films, rate them if you want
>>
I'll answer seriously. If you already invested so much time in IMDb it's probably not worth the migration because Letterboxd isn't really that good source of information, it works best as a diary with very little socializing. If you just want to try it out you can transfer your ratings and stuff with a pro account.

Was this list deleted by Robert or Letterboxd mods?

Good question. Robert?

it's a much better site if you wanna track what you watch but ignore the /tv/ generals for the most part

both equally full of plebs but letterboxd is more pretentious, they don't even dare hide it. You'll probably see some users from /tv/ that are really obnoxious and use memes in their reviews

>LETTERBOXD
Use if you want to follow certain reviewers or have friends.

>ANY OTHER REASON
IMDB is by far the most complete database for film and TV in the internet so there's no reason to not to use it

Letterboxd is simple and eye pleasing. Great for keeping a personal diary.

Plus it's full of out and out plebs. Generic LB users at least try before failing.
