This news is less than 24 hours old, and is the first I've heard about it. Why aren't more people freaking out about this?
I've actually been watching the MCU movies to get ready for Civil War. I wanted to see it without any of those weird "who is this person and why do I care" moments i got when I watched the last two Avengers movies for the first time without doing any homework. One thing I noticed is that Captain America seems to get more and more powerful with every movie, doing stuff he wouldn't have ever attempted in the first movie and just shrugging it off. He's nearly at Asgardian Hero levels of unkillability.
I think the serum, which is supposed to reflect the man within on the outside with a huge power boost thrown in, makes him more strong the more of a pure-good hero he is. The more he is tested and the more he stays true to who he is the harder he can hit and the harder he is to kill.
