Dayne's blade awareness in the ToJ fight is insane. There is no way the Mountain could tag him.
But to get to the gaps in Gregor's armour he has to WAY within Gregor's range, so he has to be able to block or avoid minimum three blows in a row from the big guy.
He could maybe do this with two arms, but then he has no free sword to attack with.
He could maybe body-dodge the blows, but in so close, and wearing armour himself, that might not be feasible. Besides, he seemed to be mostly a bladework guy, and wasn't pulling any Darth Maul flips shit during ToJ.
Also, he doesn't use poison. So he's got to deliver a LOT more glancing hits.
I'd put my money on the Anime of the Morning.

To be fair, Geralt is regarded as maybe the second best with a sword among the Wolf Witchers. Eskel is supposed to be better.
The problem is that's specifically in a duelling situation without potions (Geralt can handle more of them than anyone else because he's mutated to fuck and gone) with rules for striking (Geralt doesn't really fight fair), no Signs (Geralt is way better with them than the others, due to being the son of a mage and his mutations) and it not being to the death (again, mutations make him much hardier than a "normal" Witcher. He survived several hours after having his throat torn out by a monster, better hope you get a clean killing blow fast).
For a proper fight where Geralt goes all out I don't see anyone in GoT standing a chance. Especially if the Heliotrop Sign gets involved. Timestop, mother fuckers.
