Hell, lets just make a serialized Bond Universe. Each time its a new Bond. We get everyone's Bond. Anderson = Old Femme Fatale Bond (story changes from high octane action to more seductive), Idris Elba Bond (more grimey, maybe a Dizzy Rascallesque sounding theme opening), Oscar Issac a Spanish or Mexican Bond, Rain a Korean Bond.
Instead of making a long universe of Bonds, each is by a different director and features its own unique story mood and tone and art design. If possible the series goes back to white male when Patrick Stewart plays an 80 year old geriatric Bond with a Chris Evans/Pratt sidekick.
I am all for this because it keeps everything fresh and everyone in the world eventually gets its own Bond it can call its own.

But just to get you started, a woman beating up grown men right off the bat turns the movie into a parody. If you had a "realism" scale where 10 is a documentary and 1 is i don't know a cartoon about talking animals, having a woman beating up adult men takes any movie down 2-3 points depending on how they handle it. Bond already walks a fine line with some of the stunts and gadgets so this alone would ruin the movie, the "feel" would be wrecked.
