Really? That scene was an obvious example of her not giving a fuck, that's why the Doctor comments on it. He saves her, seconds away from having her brain eaten, and as soon as she's inside the TARDIS she doesn't even acknowledge it or the level of danger she was just in. No fear or relief, just immediately asks him if he'd accomplished the mission of saving the people. Compare that to her reaction before Series 9, for instance when she screams at the dream crab attacking her.
