Not trying to shill or anything, but look up the service "Mubi" which has 30 movies at a time (they get one/lose one every day). A bunch of hipster artsy-fartsy movies but they've had some good ones in their lineup. Lots of obscure and foreign films. They've had maybe 2 or 3 titles I've heard of.

I don't know but Amazon Prime but Netflix has a decent amount of art films to keep you occupied for a few months. Hulu has hundreds of entry/mid level foreign movies.
