I loved DoFP, especially the scene between Eric and Charles on the plane while Logan just sits there and repeats in his head "you're immortal don't worry, you're immortal dont worry"
The problem I had with it was that the paradoxical nature of timetravel lost a lot of tension for me. Because wolverine/kitty never dies in the nega-future, you are basically under the assumption that all will be right, and because Charles and Eric still exist in the nega-future you know they can't possibly die in the past.
It would have been a lot better if they were left with a feral Wolverine that Charles had to repair at the end.
This is why I am really looking forward to the two part Infinity Wars. Part 1 will be the absolute destruction of some of the top tier Avengers (Thor and Vision.Thor dies protecting Vision or someone, Vision goes to grab Mjolnir and can't because of events in CW, gets the mind gem ripped off his face by Thanos), and Part 2 will be the return.
As for Apocalypse, the trailers were really unmoving, but I will definitely be seeing it in theaters. Fassbender is probably the best talent out of all the comic book heroes, or at the very least near the very top.

Aside from the terrible job they did with Apocalypse, the one thing that really annoyed me with the movie is how he seemed to appear independent of what happened in DoFP. Like, he would've appeared in the regular timeline anyway. If they were smart about it, something that happened in DoFP would've directly caused Apocalypse to wake up as a result of time travel.
