That episode basically rips on trannies. First off Mr. Garrison gets a sex change, and then Kyle wants leg implants to become a basketball player, and then the guy in the image (Kyle's father), who had a dream of always being a dolphin, is convinced he is truly a dolphin-kin and the doctor starts modifying him as well (that hump is a fin).
It turns out when Mr Garrison had the sex change, his testicals went into Kyle's knees, and he wants to get them back because he has second thoughts, but Kyle's new legs explode on the basketball court during a crucial game. Kyle's father obviously winds up with major health problems from his modification. In the end Kyle and his father get "fixed" back to normal, while Garrison has to deal with his sex change. I think the token moral message was about coming to terms with who you are rather than trying to modify your body, but it's been awhile and I don't remember.

The slippery slope argument is nonsense which is why I initially mentioned the idea that marijuana was considered to be a gateway drug to much harder things and that's since legalization that's just been proven to not be the case. The same percentage of society that previously wanted to get a sex change existed 10, 20, and 100 years ago and no law or social movement is making more people jump on the bandwagon. The same goes for pedophiles or people that want to fuck sheep. Those people have always existed and always will exist, it just doesn't make sense that culturally not vilifying someone for doing something that doesn't effect anyone would make it socially acceptable to no longer vilify behavior that definitely does harm others and the rest of society.
